1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "You") and ec777e ("we", "us", "our" or the "Platform"), accessible at https://ec777e.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ec777e platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the ec777e platform, enabling access to gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or other incentive offered by the Platform, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds from a User's payment method into their Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, table game, live dealer game, sports betting market or instant game made available through the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

Use of the ec777e platform is strictly restricted to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction. ec777e operates an age-verification process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by ec777e, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate and current.

4.1 Registration Information. You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth, country of residence and contact details. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ec777e strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify ec777e immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.

4.3 KYC Verification. ec777e operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point during account review. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of your Account and/or the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

4.4 Account Accuracy. Providing deliberately false identification documents is a serious offence and may result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Terms of Use

By using the ec777e platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all use of the platform:

5.1 Permitted Use. The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use ec777e, or any content thereon, for commercial purposes, resale, redistribution or systematic data extraction without prior written authorisation.

5.2 Technical Access. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to use the platform. ec777e is not liable for any failure to access services arising from your device or network limitations.

5.3 Platform Availability. ec777e will use reasonable commercial endeavours to maintain platform availability. However, the Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages or force majeure events.

5.4 Game Integrity. All games offered through ec777e are subject to their respective game rules. Where RTP (Return to Player) percentages are shown, they are illustrative examples unless independently audited figures are provided. Past results on any game do not predict future outcomes.

5.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including cricket markets covering PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, are subject to applicable sports-betting rules, void-bet conditions and settlement procedures as published on the platform at the time of wagering.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Supported Methods. Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Availability of payment methods, including mobile wallet options such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfer options such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and digital asset options such as BTC and USDT, is subject to change without notice. The reference to these payment providers is for contextual purposes only — ec777e does not represent that any of these providers endorse, permit or support gambling transactions.

6.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the live cashier and may vary by payment method and by applicable offer or promotion.

6.3 Currency. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupees) is available as an account currency, amounts will be displayed accordingly. Where PKR is not available as a live cashier currency, conversion rates and applicable fees are the User's responsibility.

6.4 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ec777e does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.5 Failed Deposits. ec777e is not liable for deposits that fail to reach your Account due to payment provider error, bank refusal or network issues. In such cases, you should contact your payment provider first and, if unresolved, submit a support enquiry to ec777e.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and whose Account is in good standing.

7.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC review. ec777e does not guarantee specific processing timescales. Users should consult the cashier for indicative processing times, understanding that these are estimates only.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Limits are as specified in the live cashier and may be adjusted without prior notice.

7.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ec777e reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods subject to its AML obligations.

7.5 Withheld Withdrawals. ec777e reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC review, fraud investigation or in circumstances where these Terms have been breached. Users will be informed of any such withholding in writing.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits and free bet offers made available through ec777e are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30× means the bonus amount must be staked thirty times). Where illustrative examples are provided — such as a 100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000 — these are examples only and are not guaranteed current offers. 8.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. ec777e monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing exclusively low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using strategies intended to exploit bonus terms. Upon detection of bonus abuse, ec777e reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings and suspend the Account.

8.5 Changes to Promotions. ec777e reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect any promotion already in progress and accepted before the change takes effect.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 Game Availability. The availability of games — including slots, live dealer games, table games and sports betting markets — may vary by jurisdiction, and ec777e does not guarantee that all games are available to all users at all times.

9.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections or software failures — the outcome of the affected round may be declared void. ec777e reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by technical errors and will not be liable for losses arising from such events.

9.3 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is not valid until confirmed by the platform. Confirmations displayed on-screen or sent via notification constitute acceptance. ec777e reserves the right to void bets placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds.

9.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of late score changes, weather-affected results or abandoned matches, settlement rules as published on the platform at the time of betting shall apply.

10. Responsible Gambling

ec777e is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps, set by the User and effective immediately upon confirmation.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss limits for defined periods, preventing further betting activity once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Notifications and automatic session termination after a User-defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent account suspension, available on request. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and activity.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Attempting to exploit software or technical errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion order on this or any other platform.
• Using the platform while under the applicable minimum age.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where its use is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Any conduct intended to defraud ec777e, its payment partners or other users.

ec777e reserves the right to suspend, terminate and/or prosecute any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to recover any funds obtained through such conduct.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ec777e platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of ec777e or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the platform without prior written consent from ec777e.

The ec777e name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of ec777e. Unauthorised use of any ec777e trademark is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ec777e, its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

13.2 ec777e does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate measures to protect your device and data.

13.3 ec777e shall not be liable for any loss arising from gambling outcomes, as gambling inherently involves financial risk and outcomes are not under the Platform's control once a bet has been accepted.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to ec777e. The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

ec777e processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, personalised communications (where consented) and regulatory obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ec777e reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ec777e will provide reasonable notice via the platform, by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated". We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

16. Account Termination & Suspension

16.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ec777e support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to satisfactory KYC completion) will be made available for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 7. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure.

16.2 Termination by ec777e. ec777e reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent or misleading information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute;
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement requirement;
• Any other circumstance where ec777e reasonably determines that continued Account operation poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or applicable legal compliance.

16.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. ec777e may retain data as required by applicable law and its AML/KYC obligations notwithstanding Account closure.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ec777e is registered and licensed to operate, as specified in the platform's licensing information. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

17.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact ec777e using the contact details provided in Section 18, setting out the nature of the dispute in writing. ec777e will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable period.

17.3 Jurisdiction. To the extent that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration forums designated by the applicable governing law as indicated in the platform's licensing disclosure.

17.4 Pakistani Users. Nothing in this Section limits or affects any rights available to Pakistani users under applicable Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts may assert jurisdiction over disputes notwithstanding any choice-of-law clause contained herein.
